These lands are located off the Kesh Road via Stable Lane. The lands are convenient to Down Royal Race Course and lie into the rear of the Eikon Exhibition Centre, Located about four miles from the M1 motorway at Blaris and Sprucefield.
The lands are contained within folio no.8503 Co.Down and comprise of 23 acres. The lands are accessed from Kesh Road via Stable Lane and serviced by a wide concrete laneway with substantial security gates which leads to all the fields along with mobile home and the two large outbuildings. The NIE have right of way up the laneway to an electricity substation. The lands are divided into five large fields which are presently in crops.
The mobile home has mains electricity and water along with septic tank sewerage. It is in need of some repair and modernisation.
Further along the concrete laneway are two large portal frame buildings which are in good condition and have an electric and water supply. The buildings are approximately 7,000 sq ft and 4,000 sq ft and although previously used for equestrian purposes have now been in use as general storage. The buildings subject to the necessary consents may have further alternative uses.
The rear which is close to the grounds of the Eikon Exhibition Centre had a purpose-built horse exercising hardcore circuit around its perimeter. It has not been in use in recent years and is now overgrown.
